Every session is different to the last, using different elements of ‘The Playground’ assault course.
When the program is designed, care is given to enable participants of all abilities workout at their pace and never feel under pressure to go beyond their comfort range.

Special Events
Race Event...
We are delighted to be holding our very own race event.
We go racing!!
Come take part in the most iconic TEN HOUR teams event EVER!!
Teams of three will relay around ‘The Playground’ assault course trying to achieve the greatest number of teams laps.
The event starts at 10am and runs until dark under flood lights.
All participants will receive a finishers medal
This event is open to anyone over 18 wishing to take part. All proceeds go towards bootcamp equipment.
In what is becoming a tradition, Bootcamp goes away.
Before we have been in High Lodge Forest for bootcamp workouts in amazing setting followed by games and picnic
Bootcamps on the beach with family and games.
